  1. Book an appointment with Robin online.  Appointments are for 30 minutes, but usually take less time.
  2. You will receive an email with a link to attend the session.  Save this email and click the link at the scheduled time.  
  3. Review your document to make sure it has been completely filled out and there are no empty blanks. 
  4. At the scheduled time, click on the link in the email to begin.  Please use the

  1. Select the Type of Identity Verification you prefer. 
  2. Add additional signers if required.
  3. Add Witnesses if required.
  4. Check the box to confirm that the document has not been signed.
  5. Click Continue.

  1. Click the Meet the Notary button.
  2. You will be connected to Robin in a video meeting to finish the notarization process.
  3. Complete the Identity Verification.  You will have 2 attempts with a 2 minute limit to answer 4 out of 5 correctly.
  4. Follow along with Robin to complete the notarization process!
